Currently I am watching Willy Wonka ... and can I just say I love that movie. I absolutely LOVE IT! The song Pure Imagination, the oompa loompas, chocolate rivers, golden tickets ... a world of ... a world of pure imagination ... I live by this. One of the most beautiful things in the world is the human imagination. SOmething that has to be nourished ... just like the movie reveals ... oh ... I absolutely love it. He lived happily ever after ... like ... what an amazing last line for the movie ... *falls over* ... if you want to view paradise simply look around and do it ... People laugh at me because of the things I say and such ... the stories I create ... the voices I do ... but ... it's fun ... it makes me happy ... Im going to type more later .. but thats what's on my mind

As you know, Oompa Loompas scare the begeezus out of me. I really don't care for that movie. I do however agree with what you're saying, the imagination is something that should be nutured, particularly in our children. I see far too many kids who expect everything to be spoon-fed to them, because that is what television and video-games do. They create a false reality that tells kids it is better than anything they could conjure up on their own. How disgusting is that?
So, Oompa loompas aside I can see the value of that movie. But I can tell you right now, I do not want to watch it again. (As a side bar, I was told by a friend of mine from work that the new Willy Wonka is be marketed as "darker, scarier and more family-friendly", there is something wrong with that picture.)
I love the original Willy Wonka. I'm sickened by the new one lol. I love your voices and stories!!! they rock!!! lol.
