So I have come to the conclusion that I am going to move out and I am looking for people that are SERIOUSLY interested. It won't be for a couple more months, so I can save up money for first and last payment and other things I'll need. I am looking to spend $400 or under, and I would be fine with a 2 or 3 bedroom places, so if you have another person looking for roomates, just tell me. Anyways, Im going to start looking through ads and stuff finding out costs and all that

I've got a few places lined up from $450-$625 in Cabbagetown (yes, gaydistrict...)

If I can get some kind of car arrangement worked out, I will totally move out with you. $350-400 a month, I can handle. And I should really look at getting another job anywho, something more literary-ish (pretty much anything pays better than the Y). Saving for a few months if of the good. Give me some feedback. If you can't tell, I am totaly psyched.
first off, don't call toronto the t., it just sounds bad (I hope that's what you mean by t., otherwise, I'm totally lost) if by $400/month, you mean as a total, you may be looking for a long time, but if you mean $400 each, that's a pretty lavish apartment. I suggest looking near the U, because you're on the bus route, and people usually have rooms that you can rent for about $300/month...at least that's the going rate in windsor. and it's walking distance for megan. other than that, I got nothin'...good luck!
